We collect account details such as your name and email address; saved birthdays, optional birth years, gender, favorite colors and themes; private notes, wishes and reminder preferences; newsletter email addresses; and contact messages and information submitted through privacy or accessibility requests. Add only information you have permission to use, and avoid sensitive details in notes.
How we use information
We use this information to provide your account, save birthdays, recommend birthday content, manage reminder preferences, deliver enabled emails, respond to requests, and maintain the service. Newsletter signup and birthday reminders are separate choices.
Service providers and external sites
Base44 provides hosting, authentication, database and email services. The site uses YouTube video metadata and thumbnails, offers embedded YouTube playback, and links to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. The embedded player loads only when you choose to watch a video and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Playing a video connects to YouTube and may allow it to collect playback and device information. Loading external images can send your IP address and browser information to their providers. Their services follow their own privacy policies.
Sharing and storage
Saved birthdays and notes are restricted to your account through application permissions. Authorized service administration may access data to support the service. We do not operate advertising or data-sale integrations in the current website code. Information remains stored while needed to provide the service or fulfill legitimate security and legal obligations. You may request deletion; some service-provider records or backups may remain subject to their retention practices.

Children and updates
The personal portal is intended for adults managing birthdays, rather than accounts operated by young children. Adults may save birthdays for family members. We may update this policy as features change.
